'Stated there was a hot tub but it has been closed since Covid with no sign of reopening'

'Actually the hotel offers everything we wanted, we enjoyed a good sleep, bath and breakfast, it was clean and the staf is super. But: the look and feel of the hotel is outdated even while the decoration and some furniture is new. The lobby has older seats and wooden tables and does not look as nice as it looks on the foto´s. There is lots of brown and beige, and also dark curtains and carpet. Put in new curtains, laminated floor, lots of white and it will be much nicer'

'We were to check in at 4pm and we had booked three rooms. When we reached there, the check in was quick. When we reached the room, two rooms were great, but one had a strong moldy smell. We reported this to Naven at the reception right away. He was very helpful and showed us three more rooms, but all of them had strong moldy smell.
