'So many complaints with this cottage. Biggest one is that the pool doesn't even have a pump that cleans it. Water is extremely dirty with a grime sheen seen on top of it. Upon asking Mike, he just makes excuses and false promises. Hot water tub is frigid cold and is also filthy. Looks like it's used in the pictures to attract people. 'The hotel is very chaotic when you enter. There is no staff and you cannot call room service or the front desk at any time. They connect you to ai then from ai they connect you to a call center in Orlando. They never connect you to anyone who works there at anytime and it makes asking for fresh towels or even a simple coffee impossible. I wouldn’t stay here again. '

'Ongoing renovations. I was the only guest there my first night. Good customer service, but building is in need of some TLC. Toilet loose in bathroom, for example. '
