'The fact that they let people throw trash on property and cook fish food in the villas that smell so bad the guest in the villas have to also open the doors in the room to air out the smell is the beginning. Theres no enforcements on certain foods to eat or cook on premises. No enforcements on trash disposals. Buffet is like a war zone. People eat and just toss food everywhere. The property just recently opened but is breaking down quick.'

For example after my checkin they where still able to get me in a really short period on a boat tour for the same Day. But they also give a lot of information and arranged my transfers. Great stay and will definitely come back next time.'

'The room was clean, up to date, and bed was comfortable. Security and staff were very courteous. Was walkable to several restaurants. There is a wonderful Indian restaurant within walking distance as well as coffee shops. Around the corner is a restaurant with an American breakfast on the menu. The gentleman who managed this hotel was top notch! He spoke English well and kept a tight ship...very clean! 'The boat was superb. Brand new and service was excellent. Food really nice. We were upgraded to this ship on the day when travelling to the port which was a bit concerning but all good in the end. We ended up on a better boat so very nice. Trip was excellent. The only reason I didn’t mark it overall as a 5* was the cost but we got what we paid for. So if you want a luxurious trip to Halong bay I’d recommend this trip '
