'I had a wonderful stay here. Great hotel, good location but the best was the wonderful staff who helped me a lot. For example after my checkin they where still able to get me in a really short period on a boat tour for the same Day. But they also give a lot of information and arranged my transfers. Great stay and will definitely come back next time.'

'Everything was fine with my stay. However, I booked for 5 nights but my stay was cut short and I only was able to stay for 3 nights. It is their slow season and the hotel looked to be less than half full. So they were NOT going to lose any revenue from my cancellation as the room would not have been booked anyway. When I asked for any type of compensation as in a refund I was told their policy is to not issue any refunds. Not even a company credit for a future use. So I'm done with this...

'Room is spacious, well setting. Nice view of water show. However the location is not an ideal, not close to food. The breakfast buffet is terrible, not variety, food isn't fresh, same exact thing everyday. '

'The room is perfect and modern. The wifi was a bit of a problem but Jess tried to take care of things. The pool is not heated and the restaurant is expensive. Consider walking a block to get coffee at 1/3 the price as the coffee shop in the hotel.is expensive. C'

'The room was clean, up to date, and bed was comfortable. Security and staff were very courteous. Was walkable to several restaurants. There is a wonderful Indian restaurant within walking distance as well as coffee shops. Around the corner is a restaurant with an American breakfast on the menu. The gentleman who managed this hotel was top notch! He spoke English well and kept a tight ship...very clean! 'From the moment we were picked up.in Hanoi to when we were returned back to our hotel the service was.top notch. Lee our guide on the bus was excellent and Ming.the tour director on the boat and his staff were awesome. The time in Halong bay was relaxing and a great way.to end a holiday in Vietnam!
