'Ok spot , very close to stadium but far from airport , booked because of 24 hour shuttle , which is NOT complimentary, ended up having to keep rental car for an additional day '

'Great friendly customer service upon arrival. No information for nearby shops, food etc. Well presented rooms with minimal utilities. '

'Friendly helpful staff although strange housekeeping/servicing. Fresh towels each day, bed made one day not the next. Room was clean but tired/dated. Kitchenette isn't equipped with utensils to use stove top cooker'

'This was a clean large room- perfect to stay for one night. Downsides- stale smoke smell and we had a medical emergency and they were not flexible at all about our booking.'

'We stayed here for 2 nights and were very comfortable. The rooms are nice and have comfortable beds, new bathrooms and nice new carpet too. The manager was very helpful when I checked in and I found out I had actually booked the wrong dates (arrived a day early) but he changed it for me issues. Great location near the stadium, supermarkets and about a 10-15 minute walk to Hamilton Central'

'The room was very neglected & needs completely refurbishing. The springs could be felt through the sheets on the double bed mattress. The fridge freezer was noisy & in the bedroom area. All the paintwork was chipped & worn & the bathroom vanity stained & old. Flooring in the bathroom was marked, dirty & lifting in places. I've stayed in many places & thought this was very overpriced for the conditions. It looks like the room has never been redecorated since the motel was built. '
