There is a small ant issue but if you’re not bothered by bugs or animals being in Vietnam, then it’s no big deal. I learned a good trick to keep them Away is with cinnamon or vinegar in the areas they are residing. The rooftop room was super cute, just like the pictures. The flooring on the balcony was loose though, so I’d address that for...

'The place was ok, but details said breakfast was included which it wasn’t. When we asked the host he said the 2 dry packs of noodles was “breakfast”. No staff on site most of the day, no housekeeping or toilet paper refills. Room was clean at least and had free laundry machine upstairs, but took several cycles to get dry completely. Not very convenient area and difficult to walk around nearby. '

'Met our needs, felt safe. We extended our stay.'

'I initially booked a smaller room late at night, and the host was very accommodating in upgrading me to a larger suite with a huge window and beautiful view, which I truly appreciated. She communicated consistently and efficiently throughout my stay and was very kind. The location is very central and convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions and restaurants. Overall, I was thankful for the host’s responsiveness and hospitality.'
