'Very good rooms and very friendly and helpful owners. Choice between western and Vietnamese breakfast. We preferred the western breakfast with bread, omelette, homemade jam, fresh fruit and tea/coffee. By far the best place we stayed so far in Vietnam. Centrally located in Tam Coc. The owners really want to make you feel comfortable. On New Year's Eve they treated all guests on drinks and a choice of fruits and sweets.'

'From the moment I arrived, Miss Ten was so friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, quiet and air conditioned. The shower was enclosed, which was a first for me in Vietnam. Water prices from the mini bar were good and she invited me for lunch with her and her family, which I had to decline, but it was a lovely offer. The location is excellent. There are bicycles you can take for a ride around the area. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting Hoi An. '

'We really enjoyed our stay at hue riverside villa. The staff were fantastic from check in to check out. The location by the river was lovely and we really liked the small boutique feel of the place with it only having roughly 10 rooms. The breakfast was great, made to order and you could have as much as you’d like. We would definitely recommend staying here. '

'Very convenient for my travel and the host was so helpful came out to pick me up upon my arrival around midnight. There are many food varieties nearby and it’s within walking distance to Japan town and city center attractions. Hot water, WiFi, TV with many International channels… Highly recommend it! '

'Avoid at all costs! It’s a scam place. I pre paid for three nights and when I got there they said they don’t make online reservations as it was 3-4am in the morning and was exhausted after flying from London I had no other option than pay for one night in cash as they do t take card.
