'No one worked reception desk when I arrived. I waited along time with no help. I found the room key and went to the room. No towel, no hot water, no remote control for the TV. They turned off the electricity to the shower hot water, only on once a day, but never at the same time. '

'I never write reviews, but I want to save others from the pain of this area. The staff was very unhelpful with everything. It was the first time in Vietnam that I felt unwelcome. They told me they would give me a ride to my cruise line, but when the time came they said they couldn’t. I then asked for a taxi and the staff told me they didn’t know where the cruise port was. I find it strange that a hotel in the area didn’t know where the cruise port was. I also asked how to get to Monkey Island...

'The location it’s far away from downtown, and the transportation it’s limit and expensive.. if you travel with family it’s not convenient because of the transportation and lack of restaurants around … the staff and the owner it’s super nice .. but they don’t clean and I rooms are not clean enough… '
