The staff at La Sinfonia made our stay exepional! They can’t do enough for you and always with a smile .. felt they were very approachable. They helped us organise and as I was in my own before my daughter joined me I felt safe and looked after. Breakfast amazing! I would come straight back here in a heart beat their customer service is spot on. Thankyou to Lucy, Henry and Rose for making my stay in Hanoi so special!

The staff of this hotel is one of the most professional and attentive that I have ever experienced. Every comfort is provided. The people working here are so well trained and seem so naturally thoughtful that it is a pleasure to stay at this facility. I had a bit of physical distress and they immediately came forward with ginger tea and it was not just one person. The room was comfortable and every option that we needed was addressed. Beyond 5 Star in Quality.

The service at this hotel is over the top friendly and helpful. We loved the look and feel of this place. Even though the room was in the smaller side, it had everything you need and was enough for us. We absolutely loved the experience of being here with the amazing staff. The rooftop patio was lovely too! They even offer you a shower later even though you’ve checked out when you come back and pick up your bags. Book this place! The location is the best, especially on the weekend when it’s a pedestrian only area. But really, it’s the people here that make this a 10/10!

Excellent service. Location right in the old quarter. Just make sure you can handle the busy motorcycle traffic. Room is small but well equipped and decorated. No USB ports so bring your own.

Amazing staff, worked hard to meet our need, good breakfast, excellent massage at the spa. Very comfortable beds, front rooms can be a little noisy, but a good option. I would stay here again

Lovely experience !
We really enjoyed our staying at La Sinfonía de Rey. The service was amazing, every member of the staff was very nice and looking to help us in every sigle way. There were two special members who were absolutely great : Rose from the lobby area and Benny from the restaurant ! The food was really good, the location is perfect and the beds are very comfortable.

Excellent Hotel à Hanoï
Hôtel idéalement placé dans la vielle ville et au calme ce qui n'est pas évident. Situation ideal en plein centre face au lac. Les chambres sont très confortables, spacieuses et propres. La literie est de très bonnes qualités. L'équipe de l'hôtel est formidable et se démène pour être agréables et prévenants. J'ai beaucoup voyagé et rarement vu ce niveau de service. Une mention spéciale pour la concierge Vy qui toujours disponible (meme trop) si besoin ou si vous cherchez une adresse, un lieu une excursion. Merci !

Well-located, modern hotel in Old Quarter
We had a quick one-night stay at La Sinfonia. We could not fault the location - it is well positioned in Old Quarter and on a side street off the main road, so the traffic is less. We faced the lake and didn’t notice any road noise. We had stayed at a different hotel in Hanoi earlier in our trip. This hotel was better positioned but had smaller rooms. We also weren’t a fan of the bath/shower but asides from that, we thought it was a great hotel! Although there is no pool, the rooftop bar is spectacular. The buffet breakfast was also great!

Lovely hotel
Lovely hotel in a great location in old French quarter. Staff are really friendly and make every effort to give a good service. Rooms are nice and the rooftop bar has a great atmosphere and fantastic view of the lake.

宿泊初日は予約した部屋の設備とその実態にギャップがあり困惑したが、翌日の朝食でホテルのスタッフが部屋の状況などをヒアリングをして相互確認した。結果、誤解があったことが判明し、その日に部屋を変更してくれた。それ以外についてもホテルのスタッフの対応はとても良く、朝食もおいしい。また様々なサービスを提案してくれてとても良い旅行になった。
