'The location was so perfect right next to the best subway stop that got us anywhere we wanted. It fit our family perfectly since the couches turned into sofa beds. The neighborhood was convenient with a little grocery and pharmacy we used and some quick food spots. It was about 25-35 minutes to get just about anywhere. The property owner was communicative and very accommodating. '

It seemed like they didn't understand English. So I'm at the outside door at about 1030 and couldn't get in until after midnight and the final fix was that there was another entry that I could have been in within 2minutes.
