'Our room was very hot. We realise there is a heatwave, but the windows wouldn’t open much to bring in any additional air. The bedding was not clean, hairs on the linen. The shower was blocked and would overflow from the shower tray. I had to stop the shower 4 times to give it time to drain, and had to declog the shower of hair from the previous guests. The bathroom floor was sticky, the hooks had broken off and so there wasn’t really anywhere to hang a towel as they hung on the floor on the...
