The main floor offers an open floor plan with a well-appointed kitchen, sitting area, and sunken living room where all the family and guests can gather, opening to the four-season heated solarium with a large dining table, rocking chairs, and an entrance to the deck offering a gas grill and lobster cooker for a classic Maine feast. Three of the five bedrooms are located on the main floor, including a primary suite with a king bed and tiled shower, a second bedroom with a queen bed, another bedroom with a queen bed, and a shared full bathroom with a shower at the end of the hall. The fourth and fifth bedrooms are located on the ground level, one with a king bed and another with two twin trundle beds, along with a laundry area, full bath with a shower/tub combo, and a family room with a pool table and refrigerator. Last, but most certainly not least, a newly added Primary Suite (sixth bedroom) is located on the private second floor, offering a king bed, a shower and separate soaking tub, all opening to a large balcony with elevated views of Harpswell Sound-- truly picturesque. Please note - Living room fireplace, propane fireplace in second floor suite, and hot tub are not for guest use. Additionally, all solarium plants will be moved outdoors for the season. Thank you for your understanding.

Important - If you plan to bring a boat for your stay, please let our office know prior to booking so we may discuss appropriate docking/boat launching. As a friendly reminder, the nearby High Head Yacht Club facilities are for Homeowners Only and guests are not permitted to use the yacht club boat launch, docks, parking, etc. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
