'We have stayed here may times over the years. They are very clean, well maintained, up to date. The staff is always extremely friendly. They are walking distance to many local shops and restaurants'

'Great staff!'

'We love staying in the yurts in Maggie Valley. They are always clean and private. This time we did get to see a family of elk.'

'Staff was rude, not helpful at all, had an attitude until the time we checked in until the time we checked out. Front desk person had no clue if they had lids for the ice buckets at first then turned around and said they don't provide them How nasty is that to not have something covering ice that goes into your mouth or something you want to drink I'm handicapped and need to take medicine twice a day with 6 oz of milk Every other hotel I have stayed in and no issue providing me that since they...

'The Inn is older , quaint , has your basics. The heater for the room was very old world but did the job of heating . For a one night place to stay it iswas nice. It was clean .'

'We really enjoyed our stay at Cozy Bear Inn. Check-in was a breeze, our stay was not expensive and the best part was it is pet friendly so we were able to take our fur babies with us. The room smelled clean when we walked in and nobody bothered us the entire time we were there! We definitely recommend staying here to anyone who plans to visit Maggie Valley. We plan to stay there any time we travel to the area.'

'LOVED the Staff..Susan was the best-she upgraded our room due to us being first time visitors! THANKS SUSAN! The river view was wonderful. The Balcony to our room was exceptional-clean. Although we were satisfied with our room; the bathroom could have had better lighting or bulbs-but that was OK because I had the balcony the natural light! Bathrooms were very clean. The beds were nice, a bit too soft. The carpet a bit musty upon entering room. The hot breakfast was nice to have a upon awakening...
