'I’ll start with I understand this is a budget hotel and not expecting 5 Star amenities. However, I think any hotel should provide the basics. Clean areas, functioning room, kind staff. Staff were great. Friendly and handled issues best they could. Clean, well that hotel doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned since opening. Every carpet is stained, tiles cracked through out, walls with holes, scratches, or dings. I expect that they’ll be some but the entire hotel is in disrepair. You can always...

'Clean Environment'

'Clean room, nice beds and TV. No microwave. No change at the desk for laundry room which sucked because we didn’t have a change of clothes. For the price I was honestly expecting a hot breakfast. Just bagels with watery cream cheese and cereal. I did like they had free fruit all hours. They accommodated me when I expressed disappointment with being on a second floor with no elevator. Definitely wouldn’t book again sadly.'
