'We had a wonderful time at this very private, peaceful cottage. The cottage was very clean and well-stocked. The patio area was really nice with the table, firepit, and hot tub all convenient. The covered front porch was great to sit out on and watch and listen to the wildlife and the rain. Perfect place to get away, relax, and refresh!'

'The Tuscan cottage was absolutely beautiful. Josh and Nicole have created a tranquil and cozy atmosphere with this amazing Tuscan decor. For me it was very reminiscent of my many years in Italy at my grandparents villa. My husband and I wanted a few days of peace and quiet and this delivered. Everything we could possibly need from the kitchen, fluffy towels and comfortable bed was at our disposal. Beautiful home and great views by thoughtful hosts. We can't wait to come back! '

'The house was just as described and looked just the pictures. Nice quiet area. The host was excellent to deal with. If ever in the are again will stay here. Recommend for anyone in the Lancaster/York area. '
