'Morning staff were very friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were very clean.'

'If you want to pay a lot of money and get very little in return, this is the hotel for you. This was the worst Marriott experience we’ve ever had. When we checked in, we had to get our own luggage cart and bring our bags to the room ourselves. The room was missing basic amenities — no water, no ice bucket, and the refrigerator wasn’t even cold. We paid extra for a corner room with a water view, but instead we got a view of other buildings with no water in sight. The hot tub shown in the hotel...

'I booked a room here for one night all I need was a place to stay after a show but I didn’t even stay the night after seeing the conditions of the hotel. My room was on the 5th floor. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling. The room air conditioner smelt like mold and full of dust/dirt. The box spring didn’t even have a bed skirt on it and it had blood stains on it. We were on the elevator on the way down to the lobby and the elevator stopped on the 3rd floor when the doors opened all we saw was...

'Kind of dirty, floors were dirty in common area/foyer, stuff stuck to the walls, hair in the shower when we got there. Pool closed, end of May. Staff was upset when we asked for more towels on our third day. Ok place for a quick stop, but I wouldn't stay for more than one night, probably wouldn't go back.'

'Location and hotel property were good but the staff at the reception was terrible. On check in I was informed that I have a 30 dollar credit being a Hilton Gold. Now I know that if you book thru a third party like Expedia this credit is subject to the property. In this case on check in I was informed. HOWEVER on check out they charged me for the same. Paying a 1000 dollars for 3 nights the 90 is not a back breaker but it’s a smart way for the hotel to make money. BE CAREFUL'

'I spent one night and everything was as one would hope for a hotel. The room was clean, plenty of towels, well-made bed and TV. I always enjoy breakfast at Comfirt Inns and this one lived up to my expectations. I always load up on the eggs and sausage but there was a large variety of foods available including waffles, cereal and pastries. Good coffee as well. Front desk personnel could not have been more personable and welcoming. A 5 star day.'

'Chose to stay here because I had an early flight the next day. Price point was good. Room clean but somewhat worn and outdated. Bed, pillows and linens in good condition. Staff was very friendly and helpful. check in/out was smooth. Staff pointed out places to eat that were nearby. Transportation to airport was arranged and on time as was my wake-up call. Vending machine was mostly empty.'

'Indoor pool was freezing. The“buffet breakfast” was a brown bag with granola bar, apple, and water. Ice machine leaked water in the hall. Stains on bedding and shower curtain. Mold in shower. Lots of trash outside the sliding glass doors. The place has people living in the hotel. Looks so run down on the outside with no signage, I didn’t know it was a functioning hotel. I immediately wanted to leave.'
