'Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The hotel is pet friendly and welcoming to service animals, which was a big plus. One thing to know before visiting is that dogs are not allowed on the beach in Kill Devil Hills from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. during the summer. That’s a town rule, not the hotel’s policy, but it’s helpful to know.

'Beds were a little uncomfortable but most hotel beds are not like your own bed. Right on the beach. Good location for restaurants and things to do besides beach. Breakfast was nice. Would definitely use again. Also had info available to rent chairs and umbrella which was nice because you didn’t have to lug all that stuff out to set up yourself. It’s already done for you.'

'Elevators are EXTREMELY slow!! The breakfast room is entirely too small for the amount of guests. Breakfast time should be extended and another room offered for space and additional waffle stations added as they aren’t accessible.'

'My husband and I have stayed here 3 times. Each one was a great experience. We used both the indoor and outdoor pools. It’s also close to our son’s and the restaurants where we like to eat. Love that breakfast is included. Beds are very comfortable and they have a good sized TV. The beach was not too crowded either.'
