'The property was very well located for the functions we had to attend. Having the Hotel below was great and made it easy to get a drink and a feed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very dated and in need of some renovation. Shower fitting was leaking quite badly. Mirror was high and facing the toilet. Chairs were 2 white stools not very comfortable for people in their 70's! Our stay of 3 nights while comfortable for the price paid was very poor value. I've stayed in hotels...

'This motel is very peaceful and relaxing and well appointed. Ideally located for work travel and the surrounding racecourse grounds are great for walks, with a tavern also within walking distance. Very helpful staff.'
