'We took a bad start as the property was without electricity when we arrived (a problem of the whole area) but after that was solved, everything in our stay was perfect; The host gives us friendly service of breakfast and the restaurant was FABULOUS, with nice wines and excellent food. I had lobster and enjoyed every bit of it. The garden is pleasant to sit in with a good beer, they have several good beers on tap. I would stay again.'

'Wow, what a fab place!! Amazingly situated right on the coast, friendly and helpful staff, great clean, and comfortable room, with a sea view and good food. Breakfast is on an order the night before system, and was spot on. Had a meal in the dining area the night before, and highly recommend it. You wont be disappointed with any aspect of The Paris!! '

'Central to Falmouth. Room overlooking the harbour, was exceptionally clean. Staff are lovely, loved all the historic elements, good food options and a lovely pub right underneath. Quite a few stairs, so be warned if less able but i managed and im heavily arthritic. Couple areas where room walls could donwith a freshen up, but the fact it was noticeable was doilwn to everywhere else was clean and pristine. '

'The property is spacious and well positioned for the beach. Difficult to park a car on their driveway so had to park elsewhere. The BBQ and oven were not clean. Leak in shower room and one shower not working but fixed whilst we were there. The property is lovely and the host personable. With the charges for cleaning i would expect it to be spotless. Check in time too late at 5pm and check out 9.30am too early should be at the very least 10am and 4pm. Especially with all the steps to get...
