'The room was very clean and quaint. Perfect space for our stay. The Holliss's were very hospitable and attended to every need. I highly recommend doing breakfast. Great food and the company is a mix of people from all over. You get to meet and greet everyone and truly get a home feel while enjoying a fantastic breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.'

'My girlfriend and I stayed at this property during our trip around North Georgia, and we had a wonderful experience! The location was very convenient for exploring nearby attractions such as Helen, Brasstown Bald, and Blood Mountain. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and we especially appreciated the cozy bed-and-breakfast atmosphere and the breakfast provided. Having access to a bathtub and sauna was also a great bonus, especially for relaxing after a long day of hiking...

'This is a lovely inn and 9-acre property. All of the rooms are beautifully decorated and very comfortable. And don't miss the delicious breakfast prepared right in the onsite kitchen by the innkeeper. We are looking forward to returning next year.'

'Incredible place to relax, I only used a small portion of it,.perfect place for large groups'

'The property is a 4 room duplex split into small one room, one bathroom bungalows. Does it check all the boxes, yes. It does have a cozy atmosphere. For being a one room bungalow there was enough room to move around and not bump into your mate. It would have been nice if there was an outlet near the full length mirror. The bed was comfortably firm. The WiFi is good. It had a bit of a musty smell, the ac unit is noisy and the tv remote is attached to the nightstand. I guess it’s been lost once or...

'Home was not cleaned, beds not bed, trash in the bathroom towels on the floor.'

'Paul, the owner, is absolutely amazing. So many beautiful antiques. Breakfast was delightful. We are coming back again next year!'

'Dogwood Inn is truly a magical place. From the moment we arrived, Jim and Cindy made us feel genuinely welcome. Cindy’s breakfasts were absolutely outstanding—homemade, delicious, and one of the highlights of our stay. Jim was equally exceptional: incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. You can tell they both genuinely enjoy taking care of their guests. The property is private, absolutely breathtaking, and feels like a dream—a true luxury retreat...
