'Our 3rd time staying here as a family of 14. The house has everything that you need for a lovely stay, the owner was excellent on comms, and the locations is simply stunning. We’ll be back again for sure!'

'This was a lovely quiet, double bed room, bathroom, open-plan kitchen, dinning room, living building. The host was welcoming and then left us to be private. Parking is free and easy. Outside dinning spots. '

'Charming and well equipped cottage in a nice village. Plenty of space to chill and everyone slept well as the beds and bedding were very comfy. Nice walk around the village and lovely to hear the bells chime at the local church. Simon was a very accommodating host and the welcome hamper was much appreciated. The Nags Head in Canon Pyon (about an 8 minute drive) serves great food with a smile.'

'In a good quiet location close to city centre. Relatively new kitchen and bathroom. However, oven and microwave were very dirty. The rest of the property is in poor decorative condition and state of repair. Because of this it did not seem good value for money compared to other properties we stayed in on our trip.'

'Plenty of space for large number of occupants it sleeps, well equipped and spacious kitchen area allowing for big group catering. Clean and well maintained, private location with good parking. Very quiet location as no through road. Plenty of toilets/showers, good internet, multiple TVs etc.'

'This property is amazing!There were 14 of us staying for a long weekend and wished we could have stayed longer.The accommodation is huge, the grounds are massive and there is so much to do in the games room plus outside recreation areas - pool, table football, table tennis, outdoor badminton and outdoor football pitch.The BBQ area is perfect for those summer days and we made full use of it!Everyone has their own bathroom and with three reception rooms we had ample space to spread out.The kitchen...

'It was a charming and spacious cottage. It was the perfect location for the town, only a 5/10 minute walk. Great for exploring all the bookshops and local cafes. It was a good place for walking our dogs. '
