'We were 4 families coming together to celebrate my father’s 70th. The barn was beautifully decorated with plenty of space for 11 of us to relax (8 adults and 3 young children) Downstairs was 2 bedrooms (one had the bunk room attatched) and upstairs was another 2 rooms and one of those rooms included a little mezzanine with single bed. 'Six friends with much to catch up on so a good deal of time spent in this lovely cottage round the kitchen table. The welcome hamper was especially appreciated and as we quickly discovered the bedrooms and general layout was spacious and beautifully maintained.The gardens were also a special delight with ample parking for three cars. Excellent meals at fairly local pubs and the most outstanding Garden Centre called Oakchurch was a a real find. We won't hesitate to book again.'

'Charming and well equipped cottage in a nice village. Plenty of space to chill and everyone slept well as the beds and bedding were very comfy. Nice walk around the village and lovely to hear the bells chime at the local church. Simon was a very accommodating host and the welcome hamper was much appreciated. The Nags Head in Canon Pyon (about an 8 minute drive) serves great food with a smile.'
