'Lights over sink didn’t work. Toilet very hard to flush. Corners were filthy. Electrical outlet pulled out of socket with power strip plugged in with TV, microwave and refrigerator plugged into it. Entering the room light switch didn’t work so had to plug the light into the fixture. Dirty towels were left on floor two days in a row. Had to go ask for clean ones. 'I will never stay there again Ice machine didn’t work. After asking about it I was told “sorry it was frozen up” that I could go to the third floor for ice. Not acceptable The whole front of the air conditioner was detached and laying on the floor on the other side of the bed. The coffee maker was missing the tray to put the coffee in so it didn’t work. There were rolliepollie bugs in the bathroom and on the floor. There was missing grout on the bathroom floor and the whole place smelled....

'Staff was excellent. Check in was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was stocked and refilled throughout the morning. AC took a bit to cool the room down but we were coming from outdoor tournament and were extra hot.'

'Always enjoy staying here when visiting our WMU student. Cheaper than a five star and thus, not as up-to-date, but the pool is nice and the breakfast is convenient. Staff are always friendly.'

'The staff were nice and the room was clean, however, the mattress had huge sags in it. It was so bad, I was stunned by it. The staff knows, but their hand are tied. The mattress was so saggy that the bed could not even be made properly. I can sleep anywhere, so I managed. I was in room 154 on the corner and it would be impossible to make this mattress worse. 'The rooms were dirty with dilapidated furniture. Sheets were too small for the bed. Toilet barely flushed and the bathroom lights had a short. The pool was closed. We ended up leaving to stay with family rather than sleep there.'
