'We had a family reunion, and really liked the quiet “compound” feel of the place. Outdoor space is nice! There is one large and one small bedroom on the main floor — but home is older and stairs are steep. Attic “loft” would be great for kids but tight fit for adults. Additional privacy in cottage— is a plus. Unit is very well kept — and hosts are responsive.'

'I stayed for 6 days to visit friends and relax. The space is very large for 1 person and can easily accommodate more. No noise from downstairs at all. Very close to dining and shopping.There are a couple of windows in each room without curtains. If you are light sensitive, especially in the summer, you may want to bring an eye mask.The window air conditioners in each bedroom are excellent. You can set a temperature and set it to auto. 'Large, airy, and very clean space perfect for me to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee and do some reading. Very quiet, and I did meet and speak with the downstairs resident and enjoyed that aspect of the stay. Thank you for a terrific stay in a very nice area of Tacoma.'

'This place is by far the very BEST! It is very clean, has so much color, very comfortable, has BIG rooms, and is a hidden gem! It is very spacious, and each room has so much to offer! The property manager is very quick to respond and is very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this place. It is also located in a quiet area! The backyard is an oasis full of treasures. It is very peaceful and relaxing! We will definitely come back when we are in town. Overall rating of 5 '

'The house was located close to family so it was very convenient for visiting. Charming cozy house that was just right for our needs. Cute neighborhood market just across the street made it easy to pick up beverages or pastries. Our dog passed away a month before the visit. The pet fee was refunded with no problem. '
