'Very nice hotel to stay in Tunbridge Wells. Close enough to the centre so that you don't need your car. The hotel and our room were very clean. There is a public car park very close to the hotel so it's easy to park even though you can't really do do at the hotel. '

Pool was ok. TV worked (better than other hotels where we stayed. Breakfast was ok. Typical English but ok.
Staff was amazing, very helpfull and nice. When you are lucky and find a parkingspot across from the hotel they provide you with a tag so you can stay all day. We stayed two nights and had a spot across from the hotel every day.

"Dit hotel verdient geen 5 sterren. Tapijt zat vol met vlekken. De bank en muren ook. Gewoon smerig.
Verder Geen airco, geen minibar, geen safe. Ontbijt was drie keer niets. Geen worst, geen kaas. Alleen vettige warme gerechten. Niets voor Europeanen. Hooguit 2 sterren.
Dit hotel zal ik volgende keer overslaan.
