'If you need to be in Eastbourne then this B&B is the place to stay. Great hospitality in a very quiet but convenient spot in town. Eastbourne itself is a bit former glory but has a beautiful pier and waterfront and some good golf courses nearby. A perfect in between stop on our way to Portland. '

Breakfast included was a huge bonus. Staff are really helpful and friendly especially the young lady on reception, Can't remember her name but she was a star a real highlight to the place. "We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was great — peaceful, yet close to everything (busstop 2 minutes away). What made our stay even better was the owner: incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help if we had any questions. You can really tell they care about their guests. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!There is a balcony which you can see at the photos. At the photos you can also see a terrace with green chairs but this was not part of the apartment. This is downstairs. "
