'We had a great time in the house, close to the sea. Seaford is a small village but with enought restaurants, shops and pubs. The house is very cosy, very clean and good equiped with good kitchen and towels etc. We really recommend it for a stay and visit brighton and seven siters, bilring gap etc'

'We had a very pleasant stay at this spacious and comfortable home, which was well-suited for our larger group. The garden was a particular highlight, offering ample space and the added delight of fresh fruit to pick. The location is great, being within a short walking distance of the beach and sea (20mins). The property was generally tidy, there were a few spiderwebs which luckily didn't have any spiders. If these were removed it would enhance the experience. Parking proved somewhat challenging...

'The house is decorated amazingly and has a wonderful garden. We felt really comfortable in the house and have no complaints. The location was perfect and we could walk into the town in seconds. I did sometimes have to wait for the host to reply for several hours if not sometimes a day. Otherwise everything was perfect. '

Kitchen good - lots plates, bowls, cutlery but could be better equipped - No larger pans, or oven cookware, no larger serving bowls (so we served salad from a frying pan), no glass containers for microwave cooking. 'I stayed in this property with my wife, son, daughter-in-law and 5 month old grandchild.The lock box was a little tricky to open as the after entering the code the little lever was difficult to get a grip on and push down as well as pulling out the lock box door, but eventually I managed to get it open.The property was very clean and well prepared for our arrival with tea/coffee etc.A couple of pointers for future stays.Dishwasher tablets were left for us with washing up liquid and hand soap…but...
