'Lovely little place close to lots of eatery’s and seafront '

'I simply loved my stay here. Everything about this stay was amazing. The location is fantastic, with convenience stores and a fish and chips place right within walking distance. The room itself is so cute with great amenities. There is a fan if you get hot and also a heater for when it gets cold. They were absolutely the sweetest hosts and I felt at home!!!'

'As described, this is a lovely little garden room with a private outlook from the excellent balcony. The host was extremely nice and helpful, and it is very convenient for the frequent buses into Brighton. Nice takeaway food nearby too.'

'We came here to see a concert of Johnny Marr at Brigthon Dome that weekend and took a trip to the Seven Sisters Country Park next day. Apart from the fact that the apartment is very nicely equipped and offers a beautiful view, the location cannot be beaten. Within 10 minutes you can walk to the beach, the Palace Pier, the Brighton Dome and many shops and restaurants. We'd love to come back. Lutz and Michaela'

'Great place in an excellent location. Modern and clean with very friendly staff. Shame about the road works with their early morning starts and the 6.30 Sunday morning bin lorry - not the hotels fault. '

'A group of 15 of us stayed at the property for the hen do and everyone raved about the house. The location was so perfect with no need to get a taxi at all over the weekend. The use of the key pad to get in meant there was no faffing with who had the key which was perfect for a large group. There was plenty of rooms unlike many others in the local area where there would be large numbers in one room so everyone had a good sleep regardless of what time they got in! - the lounge fitting us all in...

'First things first, great value for money. Location couldn't be better, and big space with comfy large bed, TV with smart features etc for far cheaper than any other Brighton hotel that offers a lot less. A few major downsides unfortunately - the ensuite bathroom didn't have a door, so any unsavoury smells would be right in the bedroom with you. The bedroom blinds were broken which meant they could not be pulled closed, so anybody walking past would've been able to look right in and see you in...
