'Becky is an amazing host, met us on our arrival to make sure we were happy with everything or had any questions and helped with bags! Our stay was very enjoyable - seclusion of camping with the luxury of hot showers and the outdoor bath. Our kids loved the hammock. Baby cows in the field made it for us! Easy ramble to village store/cafe and two pubs.'

'It is a peaceful surround and the caravan is as described, and overall we enjoyed our stay.But, there were some cleanliness issues such as grime in the bathroom and kitchen upon arrival and we were also surprised at missing basics like hand soap, sufficient toilet paper, and kitchen basics like salt & pepper, which are standard in all rentals. '

'The accommodation is on a quite large caravan /lodge park, not really our cup of tea but a nice spot to visit Hastings and the beautiful coastline. Communication via VRBO went really well and correct.Beds could be better and the parking is quite a walk carrying heavy luggage.Stay is between okay and good.'

'We had a wonderful stay here for just 3 nights and wish we could have stayed longer!The Lodge was exactly as listed and set right back away from the entertainment so not noisy at all, in fact very peaceful and lovely views.Beautifully clean with everything we needed for our stay. And the owner couldn’t have been more helpful when we contacted to say that the airer was broken and there was no ironing board.. messaged back swiftly and got straight over with new ones! Beds were comfy and sofas...

'The caravan was clean and tidy and stocked up with fresh linen and towels The only issue was the water wasn’t on and we arrived quite late. So I contacted the lovely lady at the office who was able to come down to us. Within minutes she had moved us to another caravan, again this was exceptionally clean too. Definitely stay again'

"Located next to the beach but Very outdated, carpet in diningroom was filthy and patched up with plastic and ducktape. Seats in diningroom looked as if they were from the 2nd world war. Bed was ok Bathroom faucet was rusty and sink very small. I put my toothbrush on the Glass shelf above sink and it fell off. So everything really old and crappy. Pool was ok. TV worked (better than other hotels where we stayed. Breakfast was ok. Typical English but ok. Staff was amazing, very helpfull and nice. When you are lucky and find a parkingspot across from the hotel they provide you with a tag so you can stay all day. We stayed two nights and had a spot across from the hotel every day. "

"Dit hotel verdient geen 5 sterren. Tapijt zat vol met vlekken. De bank en muren ook. Gewoon smerig. Verder Geen airco, geen minibar, geen safe. Ontbijt was drie keer niets. Geen worst, geen kaas. Alleen vettige warme gerechten. Niets voor Europeanen. Hooguit 2 sterren. Dit hotel zal ik volgende keer overslaan. Medewerkers waren wel vriendelijk, maar verder wel een van de slechtste ervaringen die ik heb meegemaakt en ik heb heel wat hotels gezien in mijn leven. "
