'What an amazing stay we had at the Grand Hotel. This is one of those hotel where everything is almost perfect and you feel like a real guest! We will definitely stay here again. Our kids loved it and the staff is so friendly. Eastbourne is a very nice place and we recommend it.'

'Gorgeous area, quiet yet walkable to central Brighton as well as Marina. Staff were amazingly attentive and kind and breakfast was great!'

'Dit hotel verdient geen 5 sterren. Tapijt zat vol met vlekken. De bank en muren ook. Gewoon smerig. Verder Geen airco, geen minibar, geen safe. Ontbijt was drie keer niets. Geen worst, geen kaas. Alleen vettige warme gerechten. Niets voor Europeanen. Hooguit 2 sterren. Dit hotel zal ik volgende keer overslaan. Medewerkers waren wel vriendelijk, maar verder wel een van de slechtste ervaringen die ik heb meegemaakt en ik heb heel wat hotels gezien in mijn leven. '

'De auto konden we voor de deur parkeren maar daarmee moet je geluk hebben. Personeel is ontzettend aardig en behhulpzaam. De kamer was zeer netjes en erg gezellig ingericht, met zicht op zee. '

'B&B is located in a quiet neigherhood at a brisk walk from Brighton. Rooms are tidy and breakfast is really a treat. Various pieces of art are scattered in the secluded garden.'

'Lovely stay at the stables. They have been converted to a high standard and were very comfortable for our family with two small children. It was great that there was a stair gate in the top bedroom as there isn’t a door. Had a nice meal at the local pub and in easy reach by car of local visiting sites. The hosts were very helpful and friendly and let us wander around their lovely garden. Would recommend. '

'Carol and Ceri looked after us very well, beginning with their greeting us at the front door on our arrival. The bed was comfortable and all room facilities excellent (lovely soft towels), except that the bedside lights are not bright enough for old eyes to read by. Breakfasts, prepared by Ceri, were top class; we really looked forward to coming downstairs each morning at 8.30. It was good to be made to feel part of the family, especially as we were able to chat to other guests at the breakfast...

'8 day stay. Apartment very comfortable with all amenities. It was as described in photos. Local shops and pubs all good. For us an easy walk into the centre of Brighton along the sea front. Taxis very plentiful if you needed them. '
