'Facilities could use a little upgrading. Bed seemed more like a standard size as opposed to a queen size. It wasn’t ideal for two adults. Some floor tiles are moving. Elevators could use some work. Parking can be difficult during major events in Miami.'

'The unit was nicely appointed, clean, pet friendly (at a reasonable rate), in the downtown area, where restaurants, specialty shops, and historic features were all within walking distance. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, and the amenities were sufficient for our needs. We will definitely book a stay here again.'

'We were only here for one short stay. Arrived at 3 o’clock, and we were given the code to our room. We were in unit number one at the corner. We had an issue at the very beginning where we couldn’t find the bed, and it turns out the bedroom door had locked behind the housekeeper I guess. Once she came and unlocked it for us everything was perfect. The kitchen and bedroom are both beautifully updated as well as the bathroom. We were very happy with our stay.'

'We were allowed early check in as our flight landed in the morning and the staff was very attentive for the duration of our stay. The on call house keeping/maintenance staff were very responsive as well. This property is located a block or two away from the beach and that’s where we spent most of our time. Great price for the location.'
