'As we were the 1st renters, the owner came out to greet us and everything was pleasant beautiful!! The apartment was big as a house and fully renovated!! They gave us access to the driveway which helped tremendously!! 'Since it was first time with VRBO, I was a little nervous about the whole process going into it. "We were first pretty comfortable with the decision we have made they given us a smoking room and my wife is pregnant whilst we made that clear some discreet things happen in our hall including a man knocking on our hotel door while I was away for 2 minutes asking my wife if she was “available”. This is unacceptable we have not felt safe in any capacity since then… We paid 7 full days for an unsafe environment. During the night was always noisy in the hall and the room service would not always clean our room where we sometimes would come back to used towels. "
