I still feel very bad because of my fault, but the host was really nice and friendly to us. He was very patient and we had a warm welcome when we arrived. He brought us to the house and explain to us carefully about every detail of the house.

We went up the hill and explored, which I would recomment if you want to get away from the crowd. Just a few good quality shops and art galleries, and restaurants up the hill.'

Free single entry tickets to an onsen place within 5 min walk are also given at check in if you don’t want to make your way to Kannawa. The hotel seems to be making an effort.'
