'新しいホテルということもあり、とても綺麗で部屋や屋上からの眺めが良かったです。 また、食事のビュッフェを美味しくいただき、温泉を満喫できてとても癒されました。 ホテルの周辺や熱海駅近くの商店街には沢山のお店があり、食べ歩きなどで満喫できました。'

'The Ryokan itself is very nice, the entrance is very beautiful, the staff is wonderful above average even in Japanese standards, particularly Nanami the room attendant was absolutely top notch impecable service. Do consider this Ryokan is in the middle of the town so no views from the public bath and there is some traffic noise, there was also some noise due to demolition work right next door, it ended around 5pm and restarted at around 8:30am. The room does have an amazing view to the beach and...

'露天風呂付きの部屋でゆっくりできた'

'出入り口が2箇所あり、知らずに自動車専用道路の方から出かけようとしてしまった。 部屋に置いてある注意書きをきちんと見ていれば理解出来ていたはずなので自分の不注意だか、チェックインの際に一言若くは注意点を書いたものを渡してくれるとありがたかったなと思う。 部屋は清潔でスタッフの対応も良く、温泉もとても良かったので、ま利用したいと思う。'

'食事の時間が二部制で、夕食１.５時間 朝食１時間が、忙しなくて残念だった。 両方共早い時間だった為 「次のお客様が」と言われ、 出てみると次の回の人達が長蛇の列。 仕方ないのかもしれませんが、次回はもっとゆっくり食事出来るところにします。'

'Mooie en ruime kamers. Maar het hotel was extreem druk met wachttijden bij het diner in buffetvorm. Het Kaseiki diner was redelijk, maar niet fantastisch. De omgeving is mooi, maar alles is gericht op massatoerisme. Geen 5 sterren hotel, meer 3 sterren. Dan dus een hoge prijs voor het gebodene. De service is -zoals overal in Japan- wel 5 sterren.'

'施設はまだ新しく、清潔感満載のホテルです。またテントと露天風呂のある別室（ガーデン）もしっかりとプライバシーが保たれ、お湯も適度な温度で大変満喫出来ました。 サービスも従業員の方々の笑顔での丁寧な対応は大変よく、到着時の軽食や選べるシャンプー、ボディーソープ、ソフトドリンクとアイスの無料サービスなど至れり尽くせりで満足いくものでした。 ２点ほど気になった点は、水回りのミラー内蔵型時計や同様の共用部分のトイレの時計が正確じゃなかったり、部屋内の冷蔵庫が殆ど効いていなかったことは少し残念てした。'

'Breakfast was simple but tasty. There is tea, juice coffee to drink and with a simple salad bar. Staff was very helpful. From check in to check out, it was a smooth transaction. Room was very clean, comfortable, modern style. High recommend for family or group of friends traveling. Bunk beds were very comfortable. The washer and dryer in room was easy to use and convenient.'

'The room was clean and spacious. Although the hotel is a bit older, everything is well maintained. The staff is very helpful and give support very quickly. The buffet restaurant is excellent with a very large selection of food and desserts. The staff also take care of used plates vert quickly. There also is a a very nice view of Mt Fuji from their garden.'

'Beautiful, the in room onsen was amazing and the room was awesome. Great staff. Great location. Wish I could stay for longer- perfect to break up the hustle and bustle of the big cities. Make sure you arrive early- all of the attractions close around 5 pm, which I didn’t realize, but the staff stored my luggage while I went to explore on check out day. The only thing that wasn’t amazing was dinner, but I didn’t go for one of the higher priced wagyu steaks. Otherwise , a perfect stay.'
