'I want to let the manager aware of an employee that went above and beyond to assist me. I had just had surgery and I needed a wheele chair, the hotel didn’t have one. This wonderful kind lady named Norma I believe offered us her office chair and also assisted my daughter and I all the way into my room.Please let her know that I am truly appreciative for all her help. 'This property is in great condition. The general areas and guest rooms are well-kept. It is in animal location since it is connected to a major mall with plenty go dining and shopping options, plus a movie theater. There is a great self-parking option that is safe and close to the property.'

'They were busy at check in but we ate free popcorn and drank free soda while we waited. Josh apologized profusely for the long wait and brought us complimentary bottles of water after things slowed down for him. Josh gave us a room so we could view the fireworks show. We had no idea there would be a display. It was a wonderful surprise.'

'This was a great stay. I was pleasantly surprised at the value we got for the price. It's not fancy, but it was clean, well kept and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was nice and modern and the breakfast area was very nice. Overall, a great option for a sports weekend with the family.'
