'We had a great stay. The pool was small but it was fun on the 9th floor. The free snacks and drinks at dinner time was an amazing perk. We got three alcoholic drinks per adult. The next morning we had a great breakfast. We were able to extend our check out time till 3 pm for an extra $30 and it was so worth it as we were next door at Comerica for a cheer competition and we enjoyed coming back to relax before awards. '

'Friendly staff, everything was clean and well maintained. The bed wasn’t super comfortable for me and I asked for extra towels and for the room to be picked up in the morning when the staff was in the hall, I had a work related call several hours later in the room and that’s when they decided to bring the towels and clean. Some of that is on me for not using a Do Not Disturb sign but I wish they’d taken care of that in the morning or at least within a couple of hours of me asking. Apart from...

'Quiet hotel, fairly clean (musky odor in hallway and upon entering the room), good breakfast..didnt like the outside pool and the fact that i thought i would get a room with a sofa bed but didnt.⁰'

'House cleaning need to improve tiles need to be mop , bathroom could be clean better .I reported that I found a Roach in the closet coming down from the vent and this was not a baby roach it was a good size roach.The security was very concerned but the customer service lady when I tolled about the roach she said it was the weather no concern at all from her she made it seem it was ok.I was not happy with her .But Security took more interest in this issue.We took pictures on this issue.'

'I’ve stayed at this property plenty of times and has had a pleasant experience each time. This trip, the constant notifications that there would be no hot water 10a-4p and the Constant drilling and banging noises was a true disappointment this trip. Would I stay there again? Absolutely!!'
