'Hotel is clean and staff is friendly and welcoming. The location is great, walking distance to BSU and downtown. The gym, which is a major desire for my stay, is minimal equipment and not enough for my preference. The provided breakfast is standard, does have oatmilk as an option which is great, but I am gluten free so not a benefit to me. Overall I would stay here again. The bathroom light being tied to the main room not allowing the bathroom light to be on without disturbing your fellow room...

'The hotel is rundown. Definitely needs to be updated. The room I was in was on the3rd floor. The carpet was dirty and very worn, and in some areas lifting which created hazards. The furniture was torn and really worn, dirty and was in need of replacement. The bed was old and flat although you could see where it was most used and compacted. The headboard was dirty. So many hand prints… The bathroom was rundown. The shower head had pink slimy mildew caked on it. Although the property was in need...

'The first room had very foul smell hard to describe it. Also being next to exit door of the hallway didn't help hearing people slam the door non stop going inn and out room 127 avoid at all cost. I was moved to the upper floor it was alot better but the general cleanses of hallways left alot to be desired. Parking was also bad having 5 rider truck trailers hogging all the parking lot. Your better off paying a little more anywhere else.'

It’s dirty (dust everywhere), shower doesn’t work properly (it trickles), key cards don’t work, sheets are paper thin and torn, bed is extremely uncomfortable and blankets are a joke. 'Do NOT stay at this property especially with children. The appearance from the parking lot is just the start of your disappointment. It is obvious that the owners take no pride in the property and minimum effort is an under statement. The hotel is stale, smells bad, and is visibly dirty. I was traveling with family and had 2 rooms. I paid extra for a pool side room, the sliding glass door was screwed shut. YES, screwed shut. The toilet barely flushed, the TV didn't work but turned on. The room...
