An average stay with some improvements needed
The room just refused to maintain a cool/cold temperature despite the aircon blowing out cold air - don't know why though. Had to push aircon vents down to face bed in order to be able to sleep. Smelled cigarette smoke coming into toilet one morning from the ceiling exhaust vents. Overall, a basic and clean room with sufficient amenities.

This hotel has serious water leaks problem. Water leaks from ceiling inside the bathroom and from bathroom into bedroom by the bathtub side when I take shower. Changed to another room, but still, same problem! Mold has spread where the water leaked! Rooms have moldy smells.

Hotel is Ok. Nice and helpfull staff, clean room and hotel facilities. Tasty asian breakfast. The only thing that dissapointed us are the Superior Rooms without window.

Average hotel. Fairly clean
Hotel looks fairly new and clean. My room seemed to have low water pressure. Room safe had problem. Bed is super hard. Hotel is not near a lot of food places so have yr meals before u come back. Not near major shopping areas

Khách sạn sạch sẽ. Nhân viên phục vụ rất nhiệt tình, vui vẽ phục vụ. Tuy nhiên khâu ăn sáng cần được khắc phục tốt hơn. Tôi sẽ trở lại nếu có nhu cầu.

No hot water in room this is a 3*** with no hot water unbelievable, No butter in restaurant, Breakfast unorganised, cereal boles are hidden on the other side of ware the cereal is, had to wate long time for 2 eggs,Foot massage was the worst foot massage I have ever had, this young man had no idea whet he was doing very painful I stopped him it was too painful. Pedicure was very unsanitary, when she would scrap toe jam from my feet she wiped it on this towel that she goes from one customer to another, this is very dirty, frugus & other nail problems can be spread.
