'There is no free Breakfast'

'Although the breakfast was excellent, they failed on the basic ameninites. The beds were rock hard, the hot water never got hot (I shivered through a cold shower) and the door to the bathroom needed muscle to open and close. I complained to Marriott and they said "no one else had complained during my time there" which made the entire experience even worse. Never staying in this brand again.'

'Run. Anywhere else. I’m not sure the hotel has ever heard of air conditioning. The lobby is almost as warm as outside. Despite checking in almost 2 hours late, our room wasn’t ready. The room they gave us? Wasn’t cleaned at all. Women’s undergarments laying on the bedroom floor, no bedding for the pull-out couch, palmetto bugs in the sliding door tracks, mold and dirt in the bathroom, and no remote for one of the bedrooms. 'I stayed 4 nights and had no house keeping at all. No ice machines work anywhere on property. Roaches in room. The breakfast is just a little bit of cereal. No juice no nothing. The property is in bad shape.'

'Everything is disgusting, there’s roaches everywhere, no smoke detectors in the rooms, the doors barely have a lock and look like they’ve been broken into before, smoke holes in the sheets, even though we asked for a non-smoking room, everything smelled like smoke and mildew, random pieces of wood left in the room, pieces of the wall have been ripped off or there’s holes in the wall, I could keep going on. Only stay here if you need a cheap last resort bed to sleep on.'

'Very old and outdated hotel, flooring and bathroom need badly upgrading. It is a joke what they did to the bathtub, they painted here and day, unbelieveble!!! But it is an Marriott so we did'nt expect this trash. Breakfast was a desaster as well Every body was on there cellphone even the manager. No food, empty, empty, no milk for de cornflakes, no half on half for the coffe, no decaff coffee, no gravy for the bisquits, no spoons desastro, desastro........'
