'I've stayed at this hotel for three days, and all three were a pleasure. The employees such as Melissa were super friendly and helpful throughout my visit. For example, there was a problem with the cable tv, so I requested maintenance to solve the issue. Melissa and another girl who I unfortunately can't recall her name came asap and fixed the problem successfully! If I knew all the employees' names who I interacted with, I'd acknowledge all of them.'
