'Restaurant and café were also very good and a voucher towards the purchase was generous. The only thing was that the room was set to 65-68f and not changeable (thermostat control does not work). Even when I turned off the fan, I could feel cold air coming in. So it's perfect for people who like the room to be cool. But for me, it was VERY cold.'

'We had a wonderful stay at the Geabd Waikikian. It’s been 15 years since our first stay, and the facility looks exactly like it did is 2011. We had great interaction with several members of the staff. Shizyu was so wonderful when we arrived at check-in, so much I had to say Aloha to her at our checkout. Mose was great at the valet area, his local tips were greatly appreciated. All in all we loved our stay here at the HHV and the Grand Waikikian.'

'I really liked the friendly service and the cosey hotelbar. The room was o.k. and clean when we arrived, but for me housekeeping came a little bit to early in the morning. I've mentioned that a couple of times at the receptiondesk but still they came at 8 am in the morning. So after a couple of days we hang up the do not disturb sign until we left the room (usually between 9 and 10 am) but they never came back at a later time so there was no more cleaning after that. '部屋に入った瞬間のヨットハーバーの景色は素晴らしかったです 夕日や夜景も最高です トイレやシャワーの水圧は問題無し キッチンの設備や調理器具等も整っていますが 使い始めに洗いが必要なものもありました 初めはありますが補充がないので 4泊以上ならシャンプー、トイレットペーパーは持参する事お勧めします コーヒーフィルターはあり コーヒー、砂糖、ミルク、塩、胡椒等なし 割箸、ラップは次回持参しようと思います イリカイの立地や雰囲気が好きで毎回利用します 静かに過ごせて、交通の便もよくワイキキやアラモアナにもすぐ行けます 今回、ホノルル国際空港からザバスのダブルラインでワイキキまで行きました 30分くらいで3ドルで行けます 駅入り口にHOLOカードの販売機があり、日本語での対応もできるので是非、チャレンジして旅の思い出にしてほしいです'
