'The hotel is under heavy renovation/construction which causes a lot of noise and issues. One day the hot water was off from 10 am to 3 pm. To get from the rooms to the front desk you have to walk through a roped off path beside a large area where the workers are working, which will be the lobby. The staff gave us an upgrade to reduce the noise and accommodated early check in. The room was exceptionally beautiful with all of the modern features. I think this hotel will be really nice when all...

'Communication beforehand was wonderful. Honestly their best assest is their people, they were so welcoming and helpful. Rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable. Location is good. '

'Ontbijt was weinig variatie. Miste brood belg als bv kaas en ham. Er was alleen ei of jam. Verder heerlijk van wat er wel was. Hotel is netjes en mooi. Personeel heel aardig. Kamer was ook mooi. Kleine koelkast in de kamer is ook een pluspunt '

'This is huge property but ample amenities for all, elevators do get crowded at peak times but that’s all I could notice. Microwaves, water ice dispensers and laundry room ! Very well thought of and conveniently placed across this big big high rise building.'

'Amazing stay! The property sits right on the beach. Loved the Mai Tai bar and Surf Lanai - the pink pancakes were truly delicious. The staff was incredible and really elevated our stay there. The room was gorgeous - we had previously stayed at the Sheraton right across the way, and it doesn’t have the same historic feel like the Royal Hawaiian does. Definitely recommend!'

'We're a local family and have stayed at the Hokulani twice in the last 6 months. It's definitely our new favorite and have zero complaints about the accommodations. Everything is great, from the bathroom to the kitchen. Just enough for everything you need for a stay with children or just two people. Overall satisfied with both stays so far and will likely be booking again.'
