'We were looking for a peaceful and quiet location to get away for the weekend. Host keeps this houseboat very clean! It was exactly what we looking for. Peaceful river and we also enjoyed a little fishing right off the boat.'

'The house met our expectations. Not far from local family. Plenty of room for family dinners snd everything we needed for cooking. Door is broken on pantry in kitchen.'

'It was a bit tricky to find as it is on a side road not the actual address of the main house but mission accomplished-I found it. I was happy to off the busy main road. I found everything easily and enjoyed my stay. I never saw the host or had any communication other than via email thru VRBO. I would recommend this as it was very well appointed and clean.'

'Great for entertaining indoor & out. Didn’t get to use kayaks or fishing poles due to rain but available. Quiet neighborhood within easy drive of Orlando & surrounding attractions. . Only negative was soap available at a couple at a couple bathrooms but not kitchen or all bathrooms so would bring soap & extra towels. Would recommend.'

'Overall stay was good, except there were few things missing in the kitchen, bowls for example. Pool wasnt clean when we arrived only 2 days later. I disliked the fact that i had to reach out to manager everytime we wanted to use spa outside. I give this property 4 stars, its nice for the family and pool is a decent size. Location is really nice too.'

'Angelia was so helpful and so prompt with her responses to our questions. Beautiful outlook of the lake and garden with bbq area which was a fantastic bonus! The beds were comfortable as well as the lounge area and the kitchen was a lovely huge size.'

'We loved the home! Very clean and had everything you’d need to just show up and cook dinner with groceries you brought. Beautiful sunroom and fenced in yard. Ceiling fans were great in all rooms. Washer and dryer made it easy to handle laundry. I would definitely stay again! You should, too! Great location near food, grocery store and pharmacy. Short rides to multiple beaches and Deland.'

'Our family stayed here to prepare and set up for our daughter and son in laws wedding. The best part of staying here was that the home was nice in a peaceful neighborhood . I want to thank you for allowing us into your home to enjoy our home away from home.'

'Very peaceful, wonderful screen porch watching boats go by and listening to the waves lapping. Nice boardwalk through the grounds with interesting flora. I have to agree with others that the bed was not the most comfortable, however, we brought padding that we use for camping and it was much better. The bed was the only con, and the pros far outweigh that, especially since you can make it more comfortable. Really enjoyed the seclusion and quiet. We will come back!'

'Three of us were in town to play in a local tennis tournament. The house was impeccably clean, spacious, and upscale. Beautiful backyard. Provided a comfy experience that you don't get at a hotel. The owner was always easily accessible when booking and throughout the stay. Easy check-in and checkout. Would love to stay there again next time in town.'

'We needed a place where we could have our beloved dog while we attended a funeral nearby. This place is literally tucked away in a naturally beautiful setting of lush greenery, trees, and solitude. Super clean, quiet, comfy and has all the basics we needed for a short stay of two nights.'

'This was our second winter stay at this charming cottage, having had such a wonderful first experience. The cottage continued to delight as we became even more familiar with what the area had to offer. Kim was an excellent hostess as were her on-site assistants. 'Tenía rentado por 3 noches llame para avisar q llegaría en la madrugada tipo 1 me dijieron q no había problema así q eso me gustó , al llegar me dijieron q la habitación mía estaba siendo limpiada porque un huésped había vomitado dentro y estaban limpiando , a lo q yo me pregunto si yo llegaba más temprano q pasaba ? No tenía habiatacion? Me tocó quedarme en esa con un olor horrendo y la carpeta toda mojada por más q habían puesto ventiladores seguía mojada , le dije al encargado ok no hay...
