We had planned on staying one night and ended up needing to stay more due to appointments we had, the staff was amazing in accommodating us even though the hotel was very full at the time. The drinks were strong and plentiful, the food was enjoyable (and bonus, you did not need reservations for most places!), the property was maintained wonderfully, and there were also pool chairs available (might be because we were there in low season, but still appreciated!). 'The house provided everything we needed. Though for us a couple missing items in the kitchen. Unfortunately the area around is not very inviting for families and requires additional travel to local attractions. It was great value for a short stay. The green field park area outside wouldve been great if it werent for the garage and dog poop everywhere. '

'I’ve stayed at the Sheraton many times! They always have something going on by the pool or special dinners or sometimes fireworks! You will always see someone tending to the plants, which are gorgeous. Room service is 24hrs, gym is 24hrs, pool closes a little early but within walking distance of the night life. And close to Pepe’s tacos which is a favorite in PV. Inclusive is definitely worth it!'
