'The outside of the property does not reflect the room and experience. Room was large and clean, beds comfy, very quiet, plenty of hot water. No complaints, I am quite happy despite the fact when I first saw the place I was a little worried. Just what we wanted and great price.'

'Our stay was absolutely wonderful!! We checked in around 9:30 PM and had amazing service. Larry helped us have a smooth check in! He was so friendly and very helpful:) would definitely recommend to anyone. And the free breakfast, hot tub, and pool were wonderful!'

'Stayed a week for work vs hotel. Nice apartment, clean bright everything I needed. Didn’t bother me but be aware long flight of stairs up, train goes by often, never really heard it from bedroom but you can hear it in living room not super loud just in background. Parking is about a short block away. Would definitely stay again.'

'This place exceeded our expectations. The rooms were clean and well thought out. We loved the spa area and had such a great time. The owners were beyond frendly and helpful. The garden was beautiful and the raspberries were delicious. We will miss this place, especially Rocco!'

'We came to visit my husbands family with my in-laws and my 16 month old. Neighborhood is cute and quiet, all new builds. Behind the Meijers. House layout was great, open kitchen with an island to separate that from the living room/ family space so we could visit and eat. Rooms were good sized and adorably furnished. We had 4 adults and 1 baby. An aunt, uncle and cousin dropped by with dinner one night the space was perfect. House was very clean and well kept. Broom was handy to sweep up...

'Loved the layout, very clean, great bedding, once we got rolling manager easy to work with. The place is brand new so a few fixes needed and my one caution is the driveways are small and shared and the garage was too small for our truck. Other than that, great place and I’d both recommend and come back myself.'

"The location made that I choose for Hotel Felix River North. Second reason was the price. It was good and functional for my stay. If I had to mention a suggestion to improve, it would be addiing one or more facilities: they offer non! no restaurant, no breakfast, no bar, no spa, no office space. OK, they have a tiny little space which looks like a bar, but nobody serves there (I tried a couple of times!), so that is more a piece of art than an actual bar. For the rest, as mentioned: OK. Public transport was nearby, just around the corner an Irish pub and some restaurants at close distance. I would use this hotel again for my next stay in Chicago."
