'2 nd floor smelled like sewage. When making reservations for a shuttle for 440 the agent told me it was full so I had to take the 340am shuttle. I left and came back to someone new checking in and witnessed the same agent tell a couple the shuttle was available for 440. I didn’t say anything because she looked right at me when I said I was going to report it.an older white email with white hair.probably would not come back because of that. It felt racial.'

'Chose to stay here because I had an early flight the next day.
Price point was good.
Room clean but somewhat worn and outdated.
Bed, pillows and linens in good condition.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. check in/out was smooth.
Staff pointed out places to eat that were nearby. Transportation to airport was arranged and on time as was my wake-up call.
Vending machine was mostly empty.'

'We got there and there was an issue with us checking in. We paid for the room in advance and had to pay the deposit when we got there. We got into the room and there was a dirty wet towel on the bathroom sink and the tub looked gross. At 8 am we were abruptly woken up by housekeeping banging on the door as if it was the cops with a search warrant. Which that happened because of the check in issue. Go downstairs to find out breakfast was not being held but no one informed us at check in the night...

'The place is dated but staff were very friendly. Carpet in room looked new and bed was comfortable and clean. Needs work in other areas. Couch and chair had stains and a smell, definitely needs to be replaced. They did indicate they are doing renovations so hopefully those things will get done. '
