'The area was great. The staff were very friendly. The room was good. Bed was comfortable. The only note we had for the room was there was a large gap in the door they let a lot of light from the hall into the room at night and we didn’t like the bathroom being in the middle of the room with sliding door that wouldn’t lock.'

'The lady that checked us in was very sweet and helpful (Tiki I believe was her name)
First thing I mentioned was about several reviews I had seen. I ask her to make sure we were not billed twice. We were there June 17th only but this morning my card sent a message saying they had charged me again.
Our stay was good but we had already paid Expedia which would have been cheaper if we had booked directly through the Hotel by $50.00
I had reserved a room with 2 Queen Beds but they gave us a room...

'The property overall is dirty! The smell is so overwhelming at the lobby, and in the room. Carpet was not vaccumed, floors weren’t swept or mopped. The kitchen in the room was dirty, there were crumbs on the counters, and floor. The bathroom had mold, and orange stains around tub. There was no shower curtain. We stayed for 6 long hours and couldn’t get out fast enough. Didn’t eat breakfast as I couldn’t stomach the higiene in this place.'

'This was the best hotel stay we've ever had! Parking is free, close, and in a safe area. The grounds are well manicured. The employees are excellent. Breakfast was great. Room was really clean. 'This is an older hotel so don’t expect all the bells and whistles. I’ve stayed here before and the place is generally clean and well kept. Staff is friendly and helpful. Property is quiet with easy access to I-55. The problem I had with this stay was seeing some mold in my room under one of the tables and quite a bit of dust, indicating the room had not been well cleaned in some time. 'I stay for 6 days. Everyday my key deactivated which caused me to have to go to the front desk to correct the issue. I don’t understand why the $100 security deposit wasn’t mentioned when booking also if you don’t stay for 14 days or more you want get new bed sheets.Towels were an issue as well, never had any ready upon request and you had to give the staff back the soiled towels before they would give you new ones. 'Things I didn’t like.
Ice machine was broke on 3rd floor.
Only one elavator was working. Water dispenser in weight room was empty the whole stay. Bathtub did not drain well. Breakfast platters were empty for extended periods of time during breakfast. Could not change the channel in the lobby on the TV.'
