I requested a room change, but instead, someone was sent up to clean the room. I also asked for toothpaste and was told it was sold out. When I asked for a travel-size toothpaste, I was told the counter was closed.

'We pulled into the place and were appalled by what it looked like. Went in to check in and first noticed the office area was totally disgusting. I said I have a Expedia reservation he says sorry we have no rooms to give most of the hotel is shut down and only a few good rooms left with no heat. The town should shut this place down. Expedia should be embarrassed...
