'We booked the hotel because it had a pool but the pool was closed. There was a smell in the room that I believe someone smoked no cigarettes in the room prior to us. There was false eyelashes in the closest and a used bar of soap in the shower. Mold like spots in the bathroom. The two things we enjoyed was the breakfast and how nice the staff was.'

I reserved and paid in advanced for a nonsmoking bedroom and staff charged me extra money at the time of check in to stay in a nonsmoking bedroom.
I was very disappointed.'

'staff at the front desk were excellent although we were assigned a room where the air conditioning did not work but they sent a mechanic to the room right away. When it was found the system would not work, they arranged to move us to another room but it had to be after we got back from a wedding at 11pm.'

'Het hotel ligt op loopafstand can het conventie centrum, het doel van mijn reis.
Met de bus voor de deur reis je gemakkelijk naar de Mall of naar andere delen van de stad.
Eten is prima in de Ierse pub in Pratt st. Of in het Italiaanse restaurant aan de overkant.
Voor de snelle hap zit er een pizza take away maast het hotel.

'This is a truly lovely property. The grounds are exquisite and include a 75' lap pool and lovely patio and area for artist retreats. Nice robes, comfy linens, a fabulous shower. Fireplace that throws a good amount of heat and easy to use air conditioning. Good instruction book. Some small details were overlooked--a nice coffee nook to make tea or coffee but no water available to use or drink.'

'The room was not clean. Stains on blankets. Bathroom door was filthy and the tub had dry dirt down the side. For the $241 for one night, it was not worth that. Made it had to enjoy the free breakfast with the lack of cleanliness.'

'Starting with the surrounding area- we pulled up and there were sketchy people lurking all around. As soon as we walked into the lobby it stunk like dirty weed. The only good thing was the receptionists were attentive and helpful. You have to pay for parking. The room smelt like mildew and i never do this but I walked around with sandals on everywhere I didn’t want to be barefoot inside the room. Bathroom was so weird. Do not suggest.'

'Okay for a one night stay in order to be near family we were visiting. Room smelled musty, bathroom was good sized and seemed clean but room itself felt a bit shabby. Front desk staff member when we checked in was polite enough but not friendly and seemed like she didn’t want to be there.'

'We have stayed here before and loved it so we booked again. This time we got a room on the first floor next to the ice machine. A wedding party was going on which was excessively noisy but honestly the ice machine was the bigger issue. Couldn't Believe it was across the hall from us. To top it off the TV they were having issues so only had 4 tv stations.
Again nice hotel and great location so don’t look past it just make sure your not next to the ice machine or first floor.'
