'No HOT water at all. No shower available but luckily it was a very short stay. Booked through a third party so they said they couldn’t do anything for us beside some added reward points.
The hotel was under construction but the room was spacious, clean and AC worked great. The breakfast is included but barely edible. 'The location, description, and fee did not match. Upon arrival, I felt like I was going into a motel. There was people hanging around the “hotel” and I arrived around 6pm. These folks were not clean in appearance. I chucked it up as it wasn’t directly onto the property. Check in was smooth but as I made my way to my room the “hotel” of an aroma of a dirty baby and overflowing trash. Trash was left out and housekeeping wasn’t on top of things. I unfortunately didn’t have the funds in flexibility...

'Hotel was definitely economy. Fine for the night. Room didn’t have any ashtrays but it smelled like smoke or perhaps just musty. There was no bathmat for the shower and no extra towels to use no extra blanket and only 3 small pillows. The WiFi password at check in and on the key case was incorrect. 'This is a truly lovely property. The grounds are exquisite and include a 75' lap pool and lovely patio and area for artist retreats. Nice robes, comfy linens, a fabulous shower. Fireplace that throws a good amount of heat and easy to use air conditioning. Good instruction book. Some small details were overlooked--a nice coffee nook to make tea or coffee but no water available to use or drink.'

'Loved how clean the hotel was. The AC and fresh quality of the room. Staff very friendly. The restaurant lowered the quality tremendously. It didn’t match. Although breakfast was included the quality was watered down. Same buffet every morning. Taste was lower grade. Presentation looks good but the experience felt like a pub. No menu was offered as a substitute. Seating was not classy. Or comfy. I wasn’t informed of other options in the hotel. But outside from the restaurant it’s pleasant.'

'What a disappointment booked 2 rooms- I would have left the property but had elderly parents and we traveled all day and were exhausted. Rooms smelled musty and cigarette. Hole in sheet, blood on comforter, hair in bathroom. Parents sink wouldn’t drain- had to take cold showers water would not regulate- oh my heard traffic the whole time we were there along with noisy hallways-such a disappointment cause it was ideal to who we were visiting. Desk person was a bit grumpy'

'Sheets and floors and bathroom were clean and the bed and pillows were fine, but the room was going to pieces: Sagging ceiling in the closet area; peeling paint in the bathroom; a spurt of brown water when I first turned on the faucet.
And the hot water wasn't quite making it to the 8th floor piping hot: it was a barely acceptable warmth for a shower, and far from cozy.
