'Gary was very nice and helpful! I recommend contacting him for shuttle to and from the airport though since Google maps doesn't know how to find the house yet. I recommend coming here if you plan to stay for around a week since the sights are so pretty. My only critique is that I wish the bathtub was prepped for use but he wasn't expecting me to want to use it since we've entered the warmer season.'

'The staff was amazing, and the provided breakfast was fresh and cooked perfectly. The pool area was tidy, but there was chunks of hair in the 5 feet end of the pool. Appropriately chlorinated. Will stay again if ever in the area.'

'Room is clean. The hotel is clean, morning breakfast was good and the kids enjoyed it. Walking amenities to Meijer and Kroger as well some restaurants. Definitely recommend this place when needing a place at Lansing. '

'I choose the hotel as one of my other options had clearly mentioned their pool is going under maintenance.. decided to book this.. and for all my stay their pool area was not working, when asked it was a regular maintenance and would take couple hours.. however these couple hours lasted my whole stay.. my kids were disappointed'

'The rooms were new and fresh and clean and staff top notch. Beds comfy. Parking plentiful. Loved the welcome with cookies to welcome Michigan State University grads and families. All around great! And saved us when we had to cancel our three rooms for family at the Red Roof Inn in Lansing - dirty, cigarette smokers running desk, trailer of cats in the pothole parking lot, place in complete disrepair.
Crowne Plaza IHG saved us and then some. Also had a great - but a tad pricey - buffet...
