'The hotel itself is nice and well maintained. Very close to the airport and the shuttle was very convenient. Most of the staff we interacted with acted like all of our questions were silly and annoying. That’s my only complaint.'

'First things first, the pictures they use online are definitely not what this hotel is. This place has roaches in it everywhere. The night person “accidentally” charged the person in front of me an extra night for no reason and refused to give that person a refund. This is definitely not the place to be and if I could get a refund I would!'

'I came here with my fiancé for an event happening at the Fillmore. The room was comfortable, clean, and the shower was nice. Maybe could’ve used more than just two towels and two rags, but we made do. The location is fine as long as you have a car or plan on Ubering everywhere. The hotel offers a free shuttle from airport to hotel and vise versa which came in handy! The only downside was I guess the false advertising of a bar in lobby. They had closed the bar from Friday to Sunday. Those are...
