'Room was clean and was equipped with microwave, small fridge, and desk. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Continental breakfast was very good and had eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, cereal, yogurt, toast, bagels, fruit, coffee and assorted juices. Great location close to shopping stores and restaurants but more importantly close to Downtown Portland. Overall great value for the price.'

'Hotel was very easy to find.
Check-In was efficient. Staff were helpful. Hotel is SUPER convenient to Thompson's Point (.4 mi) and Bissell's Brewery (maybe .25 mi) so walking was super easy post arrival.
Breakfast was available, coffee was hot. Choices somewhat limited, but pre-arrival it was noted that breakfast largely grab-&-go so not a surprise.'

'Hot tub not hot and bubbler didn't work. Pool room had about 3 chairs, no tables, had a high pitched squeal/mechanical whine that drove one to insanity, pool room restroom out of order, rusty and dirty. Extremely disappointing that after after enjoying walking in Portland, state parks and waterfront are the main reasons for tourism, there was not a hot tub for the body to recover. Back patio was dirty and we had to chase RATS away!!!! Advertised as 2 queen room, actually 2 full beds with queen...

'Super clean because it was new, and nicely done rooms with great amenities. Bed was comfortable and the large tv's were great. The a/c unit cycled up and down and didn't seem adequate for an apartment sized room but did OK. The water wasn't hot enough regardless the time of day but you won't freeze. In the handicap accessible shower, water will go everywhere in the bathroom and cause a slip hazard. If your room is by the secondary exit, you will hear everything in the stairwell and the door...

'Fantastic stay. We had the Stovall room which was very spacious. Bed was huge and comfy and the bathroom was also very big. Nice shower with lots of water pressure and nice products.
Service was super friendly and everything was clearly explained. We’re lucky enough to be able to park next to the building.
Only thing that could finish things off would be a small fridge in the room and a coffee maker.'
