'Our newly renovated room was clean however one of the garbage bags was not empty. There was no dishwashing soap or towel to clean the dishes. Not many washcloths for the amount of people that stayed in the room when we got there. And we ran out of tissues pretty quickly. The staff was excellent, every request we had, they responded and acted quickly.'

'The rooms are always clean & the staff are amazing! I have anxiety so the ability to be able to have have conversation thru text message if I need anything while I’m staying instead of having to call the front desk or go down is amazing!
The Beds being CLEAN and bug FREE are the biggest thing to me! Let’s face it…that’s the first thing I check when going into any hotel- and it should be the first thing anyone checks. This hotel passes the test EVERY TIME! If I could give them 100 stars I would!...

'Property looked rundown bedding was yellowed and stained. Hot tub was not working just standing hot water in it I was told. When I expressed my concerns at the front desk and asked if there was something they could do give me a partial refund or a full refund I was told it was up to Expedia. I chatted back-and-forth with an agent from Expedia. They said the property could make an allowance and charge a penalty and let us out of the hotel rooms. 'Fantastic stay. We had the Stovall room which was very spacious. Bed was huge and comfy and the bathroom was also very big. Nice shower with lots of water pressure and nice products.
Service was super friendly and everything was clearly explained. We’re lucky enough to be able to park next to the building.
Only thing that could finish things off would be a small fridge in the room and a coffee maker.'
