'The hotel was very clean, and I had a great experience overall. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help whenever needed. The only downside was the noise coming from outside the hotel, which could be disturbing at times. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel'

'The hotel is located in the center, which is quite ghetto-ish. Also, the room stank like smoke. I found it quite difficult to breath there. Probably they had smoked some shisha there before. I didn’t stay the second night. '

'Rooms were small but effcient and clean. The price/quality is good. Friendly and helpful hotel staff. Location in the middle of downtown. Disadvantages: Smoking in the lobby, and a shower which wets the entire bathroom (which is common in Jordan for some reason). Also: location can be hard to find, it is a small sign with Rafi hotel. '

'The location is amazing I loved it, perfect location to nearby attractions and also plenty of aesthetic cafes nearby aswell as a mini mart. The receptionist Mustafa was also amazing and helped us immediately with any needs. However, please be aware they don't replace towels or beddings and you need to buy your own toilet paper, washing up liquid, laundry detergent and bin bags etc. The kitchen utensils were lacking also there was no mugs. Additionally the floor was not very clean (black soot?),...
